Hera (Healer & Helper)¶
Location: prontera 153, 193 · she walks around the Prontera fountain
Hera heals and buffs you for free, and she can answer your questions about Miracle, in game and on Discord.
Healing¶
Click Hera, or say a chat message with heal in it next to her (for example Hera, heal me). Healing only
works next to her in Prontera. She heals you to full
and gives Increase AGI and Blessing for 5 minutes. VIP players get the bigger 30-minute package: status
cures, AP, food buffs, Assumptio, Impositio, Suffragium, Sacrament and your class Spirit.

Ask Hera a question¶
Stand near Hera in Prontera and say Hera, <question> in normal chat. There is no command to ask her from
somewhere else.
Examples: Hera, when is hell raid? · Hera, where do I get MVP Souls? · Hera, is eddga alive?
- She asks whether to answer Only me (private messages) or Tell everyone (she says it out loud to everyone around her). Only her answer is said in public, never your question.
- A typical answer takes a few seconds. If she needs longer, she says so; ask her anything again later and she gives you that answer first.
- One question at a time, 20 seconds between questions and 30 questions a day per account (characters on the same account share this). Questions can be up to 100 letters long.
What she knows¶
Hera answers from this wiki, so she knows the same shops, quests, instances and systems you can read here. She can also tell you a rough picture of what is going on right now:

Ask "What's happening now?" for a short summary. Your own progress can lag a few minutes behind the game.
Ask Hera on Discord¶
Hera also answers in the Miracle Discord. Mention her or start your message with her name:

- She replies to your message. Answers are short and can only link to this wiki.
- 20 seconds between questions and 20 questions a day per Discord user. If you ask again too soon she puts an hourglass reaction on your message instead of answering. There is also a daily limit for all of Discord together; once it is used up, ask her in game or read the wiki.
- She knows the same wiki and live server info as in game, but not your own progress: Discord isn't linked to your game account, so ask about your cooldowns, points or dailies next to her in Prontera.
- She can't heal, buff or do anything else in game from Discord. She doesn't answer DMs.
What she won't do¶
- She never tells you anything about other players, and she cannot see who is online.
- She is not a GM. She cannot give items, refunds or events, and nothing she says is a promise from staff. For account problems, bugs or reports, contact a GM.
- She only talks about Miracle and the game.
