Nest of Twigs¶

Guide¶

Nest of Twigs is a short story memorial from the Episode 20 main quest. You follow Lehar through the ice and twigs to find Leon and Aurelie. Twice on the way, Jormungandr Guardians block the path and you have to clear them.

Requirements and entry¶

Party	Required. Talk to Lehar as party leader; a one-person party is fine.
Time limit	20 minutes

Talk to Lehar and pick Ready to explore Nest of Twigs to create the memorial, then talk to her again and pick Enter Nest of Twigs.

Walkthrough¶

As soon as the party leader steps onto the starting area, Lehar appears next to you. Talk to her. She casts Increase AGI (level 10, 4 minutes) on you and starts walking west.
Follow her. She stops in front of three Jormungandr Guardians (66/181). Talk to her again and the guardians become real monsters. Each one has only 10 HP, so a single hit kills it. Kill all three.
Talk to Lehar. She buffs you with Increase AGI again and leads you south-east to another group of three guardians (135/65). Talk to her, kill them the same way, then talk to her once more.
Lehar walks north to where Leon, Aurelie and the White Cat are waiting (119/149). The party leader talks to Leon twice to finish the conversation.

At the end of the conversation you are sent back to /navi jor_safty1 331/150.

Note

Only the party leader can move the story forward (talking to Lehar and starting the talk with Leon). Lehar does not move while you are fighting. She waits until you talk to her again.

You get these from Leon the first time you finish, while your quest is at the Branch's Nest step:

Your quest then moves on to Beyond the Iceberg, Beyond the Ice Sea. Running the memorial again later gives no reward.

Tip

Leon checks your inventory before the final talk. If you are carrying too many items, he refuses to continue, so clear some space before you go in.
