Items it works on¶
You must be wearing the item. Pick the slot (Armor, Garment or right Accessory) in the menu.
| Slot | Items | Max enchants |
|---|---|---|
| Armor | Vigilante Suit #15176, Elemental Robe #15177, Golden Ninja Suit #15178, Mine Worker's Vest #15179, Hippie Clothes #15180 | 3 |
| Garment | Elemental Cape #20820, Golden Scarf #20821, Mine Worker's Backpack #20822 | 3 |
| Accessory (right slot only) | Vigilante Badge #28441, Hippie Feather #28442 | 2 |
- The armor pieces are bought from Howard in the same building for 24 Rock Ridge Coin #25250 each. The garments (3,000,000z) and accessories (1,500,000z) are sold by the Affable Lady next to him.
- The item must not have a normal card in its 2nd, 3rd or 4th slot. A card in the first slot is fine and is kept.
- You need at least 10,000 free weight and a free inventory slot.
Enchanting¶
Cost: 2 Rock Ridge Coin #25250 per try (one enchant per try). Enchanting always succeeds and never breaks the item. Refine and the card in the first slot are kept.
Enchants are added one at a time (4th slot first, then 3rd, then 2nd for armor and garments). Once all enchant slots are filled you must reset before enchanting again.

Tip
For armor and garments the refine level is checked each time you enchant, so refine to +9 first if you want the better table (it has the Expert Archer, Fatal and Spell 3/4 enchants and the attack delay enchants).
Reset¶
Choose "Reset contraband item Enchantment level." while wearing an enchanted item.
- Cost: 2 Rock Ridge Coin #25250.
- Removes all enchants. Refine and the first-slot card are kept.
- Chance the item is destroyed: 30% for armor and garments, 45% for accessories. A destroyed item is gone for good and the coins are not returned.
Tip
The NPC says it charges "2 Rock Ridge Coins per socket". A reset costs 2 coins in total, no matter how many enchants the item has.
