Farm Lost in Time¶

Guide¶

The Farm Lost in Time is a short daily instance in Varmundt's Mansion (Episode 17.2). The clumsy automatic doll Silk leads your party through six Pitaya habitats. You "play with" each group of Pitayas, then lure out and defeat Boss Meow. Pitaya tails you collect along the way are turned in for Barmil Tickets.

How to enter¶

NPC: Luina, in front of the farming facility at /navi ba_maison 311/206.
Level: Base Level 150 or higher.
Story: You must have reached the Episode 17.2 main quest point where you can visit the farm. Talk to Luina twice to finish her introduction ("Keeping Breeding Ground").
Party: You need a party, even for one person. The party leader picks "Create Farm Lost in Time". Then everyone picks "Enter the dungeon.".
Cooldown: Entering starts a daily cooldown that resets at 04:00 server time ("Daily farm experience - Standby"). Talk to Luina once after it ends to clear it.
Inventory: You need room for 20 Barmil Tickets.

Note

Entering also gives you the "Tail Collection" quest. While it is active, every Pitaya you defeat in the farm has a 15% chance to drop a Pitaya tail matching its colour. Any tails still in your inventory are taken away the next time you talk to Luina, so turn them in before you leave.

Walkthrough¶

All Silk conversations must be done by the party leader.

Start area. The leader walks to the start line near 161/40. A Wooden Box (Silk hiding) appears. The leader talks to it and 7 Pitayas pounce. Defeat them all, then talk to Silk.
Second habitat. Everyone is moved to 218/149. The leader talks to Silk. She scatters food, and 7 more Pitayas come out. Clear them and talk to Silk again.
Sand playground. Everyone is moved to 86/101. Same as before: talk, clear, talk. Silk counts down how many are left.
Oasis. Everyone is moved to 226/256. Talk, clear, talk.
Sleepy area. Everyone is moved to 242/117. Talk, clear, talk.
Last habitat. Everyone is moved to 116/165. Talk, clear, talk. Silk then marks two Big Meows on the minimap, at 38/253 (west) and 287/253 (east).

The trap path¶

Pick one of the two Big Meows and walk up to it. This spawns a Big Meow and arms 5 trap spots along the path from that side to the boss nest at the top of the map.

Walking over each trap spot releases a group of 5 Pitayas. One spot on the west path releases 10.
You must set off all 5 traps and defeat every Pitaya from them, plus the Big Meow. After that, the Wooden Box at the nest (161/315) is ready.

Boss Meow¶

The leader talks to the Wooden Box at 161/315. Pitaya Boss #20659 appears together with 17 Pitayas of every colour.

More trap spots on both sides of the nest (around 129–135/317 and 195–201/317) release 5 extra Pitayas each when someone steps on them.
The adds are not removed when Boss Meow dies. Clean them up or ignore them.

After Boss Meow is defeated, the leader talks to the Wooden Box, then to Silk. After that, every player talks to Silk to turn in their tails and leave.

Rewards¶

Silk takes all your Pitaya tails (Red Pitaya Tail #1000093, Yellow Pitaya Tail #1000094, Blue Pitaya Tail #1000095, Green Pitaya Tail #1000096, Purple Pitaya Tail #1000097) and pays in Barmil Ticket #1000103:

Leaving through Silk also gives 20–40 Instance Points, which count toward the daily 1,200 cap.

First clear bonus: After your first run, talk to Luina outside to finish "It's Boss Meow!". You get 20 Barmil Tickets and 3,094,009 Base EXP.

Tip

Tails only drop while the "Tail Collection" quest is active, so make sure every member entered through Luina.
Collecting 20 or more tails doubles your ticket reward, so kill every Pitaya you see, including the Boss Meow adds.
