Emmet in the Gray Wolf village trades Amethyst Fragment #1000405 for the Gray Wolf equipment and enchants it.

Emmet only offers her services once you are far enough into the Episode 18 main quest. Before that she just asks you to collect Amethyst Fragments.

How it works¶

Choose Gray Wolf Enchantment and the part you want to enchant.
The enchant window opens (only if you carry less than 70% of your weight limit). Put the item in from your inventory (unequip it first). Only the items listed for that part are accepted.
Pay and the next empty slot is enchanted. Every enchant here always succeeds. Refine, cards and the enchant grade are never touched.

Every part has three enchant slots (slot 4, then slot 3, then slot 2). Slot 2 can also be bought as a selectable (perfect) enchant.
